This vintage Tintin fabric is a white cotton filled with images of Tintin and Snowy dressed to blend in with the locals in Scotland. It's shows Herge's original drawings for the book "The Black Island". It dates from 1991.
The cotton is french and reclaimed so there are no selvedges but it is in good condition. A couple of pieces have slighly paler colours but nothing to fret about. The Tintin figures measure about 10cms and they are very closely spaced across the whole width of the fabric. This cotton can be used any way up - the pattern is random.
