A piece of William O'Hanlon barkcloth featuring a reproduction of the Bayeux Tapestry.
This unusual fabric dates to the 1950's and is screen printed onto a textured cotton. It is a repruction of the Bayeux Tapestry and has four horizontal bands of images separated by decorative borders. This is a reclaimed piece of vintage fabric with a selvedge to one side. This has the title, "Bayeux" and the O Hanlon Screen Print accreditation.
This is in good condition with bright colours and is a lovely piece of mid century pattern. It measures 107cm across x 73cm long.
There are lots of other mid century fabrics in the shop.
