Vintage Isle of Wight Shopping Bag - Upcycled Market Bag

The bag is handmade from an original tea towel featuring a map and scenes from the Isle of Wight. It's bright and colourful as you might expect, it's padded throughout and can stand upright. The inner is lined with a bright seaside bunting fabric and has a contrast, striped pocket. The handles are also padded for comfort. It is finished with contrast stitching.

This is a completely unique bag. It's sturdy and useful - perfect for shopping, beach tips, picnics - anything really. It is also fully washable and can be folded if needs be.

Seaside themed, vintage shopping bags made from original vintage tea towels make great presents for friends and family as well as being useful, fun momentos of a favourite place.

This bag measures approximately 32cm (h) x 44cm (w) x 6cm (d).

I choose these tea towels for their colours and graphics and have started to turn them into themed bags and accessories to add a bit of colour to everyday activities.
