Vintage Shopping Bag - Margate - Upcycled Market Bag

Seaside themed, vintage shopping bags made from original vintage tea towels. These make great presents for friends and family as well as being useful, fun momentos of a favourite place. This one features Margate and Cliftonville.

The bag is handmade from an original tea towel featuring scenes around Margate and Cliftonville. The bag is padded throughout and can stand upright. The inner is lined with a bright deckchair stripe cotton and has a small pocket. The handles are also padded for comfort. This is a completely unique bag. It's sturdy and useful - perfect for shopping, beach tips, picnics - anything really. It is also fully washable.

This bag measures approximately 30cm (h) x 40cm (w) x 6cm (d).

I choose these tea towels for their colours and graphics and have started to turn them into themed bags and accessories to add a bit of colour to everyday activities.
