This fabric dates from the 1980's. They are in good condition. The fabric is soft with a very gentle overall fade, there are no marks. See close up picture for condition.
Each panel measures 38cm deep x 115cm wide and would look fabulous framed in sequence as wall art. For sewing projects with a vintage cowboy theme, they are a good size for cushion and bag making or divide them up and add them to a quilt or patchwork project. They are also a perfect size for the 30cm lampshade kits in the shop.
Lucky Luke is a creation of Belgian Maurice de Belvere (known as Morris) and (for some books) Rene Goscinny (co-creator of Asterix). His adventures in the American old West form the basis many books.
These panels depict scenes from one of the many Lucky Luke books featuring The Daltons - a criminal gang based on the real Dalton Gang of the 1890's.
If you love European comic book characters there is more Lucky Luke fabric in the shop. Have a look at the Asterix and Tintin fabrics in the shop too. You could combine them all in a fabulous quilt or cushion!
