Fabulous cotton picture panel from Herge's book Tintin and the Broken Ear. This scene shows Tintin and the baddies as the broken eared statue is dropped and the diamond revealed. There is a great border across the top (13cm) that shows more of the statues and could be seperated from the main picture.
These panels a fabulous to use as cushion covers or for bags. The drawings are clear and witty and come direct from Herge's original designs.
The overall measurements are 60cm(w) x 60cm(h).
This is a salvaged piece of cotton but the colours are good and the cotton is strong. There are other panels and fabric from this series in the shop.
