Textured Fifties Floral Cotton - 50cm x 55cm

This vintage fabric dates from the 1950's and has a bit of a David Whitehead feel to it. It's a textured cotton in gorgeously muted colours. The stylised blue and white panels have a very retro feel to them and the whole design works well on the fabric. 

The taupe background sets off the picture panels of the flowers well and the abstract "snowflake" pattern gives it a modern feel and stops it looking chintzy.

This fabric is a medium weight cotton and suitable for any project. You could even cut out the floral panels and use them separately.It is in excellent vintage condition with good colours.

This fabric piece measures 50cm wide and is 55cm long which gives you 8 floral panels. There is a neat hem to one edge.
