Vintage Christmas Tin - Winter Scene - 1960's

This vintage Christmas tin is by Huntley & Palmer and dates to the 1960's. The lid shows a winter, alpine scene with cottages and a church in a snowy landscape and snow-topped mountains in the distance. The images around the sides have more buildings on the same theme along with Christmas trees and holly. 

This Christmas tin is in really good condition for its age with  bright colours and light wear. There are wear marks to each corner of the lid but they don't impact the images at all. There is some tarnishing to the base and inside, but no rust.

This Huntley & Palmer's tin measures 23cm x 22cm x 12cm so is perfect for holding a Christmas cake or an assortment of your own - either to store or give as a present.
