These 1930's Christmas decorations are handmade from covered wire in red and white. The heads are Balsa wood head and hand painted.
One features an Elf holding a lamp. He has a red crepe paper hat and his lamp is made from card and tied around his wrist. He may have had some greenery attached to him at some point as there are a few sprigs left on his jacket. He measures about 9cm in height.
The second figure is Father Christmas. He looks a bit surprised to be attached to some greenery which has again been made from a covered wire with a small green ribbon attached. Behind him is a hook so you can attach him to a tree or lamp. Father Christmas is about 4cm high and completely charming! The whole decoration is about 8cm.
Both of these vintage dcorations are in pretty good shape for their 80 or so years.
