Original 1968 Magic Roundabout Fabric - 58cm x 54cm

This vintage fabric celebrates The Magic Roundabout and dates from 1968. It is copyrighted to Serge Donat and the BBC. It was made by Wemco and has all of the characters printed on a white background.

The chldren's fabric is in fair condition for its 50+ years with good colours and a clear print. I would say that there is a gentle, overall fade.  There is a small area of wear in the background by Brian the Snail which is hard to see, overall the fabric is in goor, strong condition. There is a selvedge to one side with the Wemco attribution marks. This piece is one complete repeat of the pattern.

This is a rare survivor from the 1960's and would look fantastic framed up for a piece of wall art. It will enhance pretty much any project that you choose it for. It measures 48cm wide x 54cm long (with another 4cm below a fold mark.)
