Vintage School Poster - The Cross Little Tadpole by Eileen Soper

These original school prints by Eileen Soper are beautiful and nostalgic, with soft colours and detailed portrayals of the natural world.

This gorgeous print is entitled "The Cross Little Tadpole" and shows a cross section of a spring pond with all the life stages of the Frog, from frog spawn to adult. As always, the drawings are beautifully rendered and true to life. It's number 9 from the Enid Blyton Nature Series of prints that were available for schools in the 1950's. Eileen Soper's signature is visible in the bottom right of the print.

There is a thick black border around the print. The colours within it are bright and clear and this print is in excellent condition. The picture measures 48cm x 38cm.

This print is sent rolled in a cardboard tube.
