Soldiers barkcloth fabric designed by David Whitehead for Heals in the 1950's.
This iconic fabric features Napoleonic soldiers in red, blue and gold uniforms on a white background. Each line of soldiers is separated from the one below by a line of regimental drums and flags.
There are two panels of this screenprinted linen barkcloth available, each measures 55cm across x 170cm long. They are in very good condition with bright colours and no damage. Both have their original curtain header tap attached and large turned hems.
