Rupert Bear fabric which is over a metre long is hard to come by these days so this cotton blend story design is a happy find. Rupert and Algy find a cloud that needs help getting back in to the sky and the story unfolds in 9 square panels with rhyming couplets beneath. Each picture measures about 18cm square.

There's plenty of fabric here for any project and if you order two pieces they will come as a continuous piece widthways or lengthways. In a single piece you will get all nine story squares plus extras.

The fabric is marked as "Rupert Approved" and is copyrighted to the Express Newspaper Group and dated 1986. The condition is good. The cotton is strong and the colours are bright. There is a slight, gentle fade to one side but nothing too noticeable.
