Bunting is bookable by paying 50% of the hire fee to reserve your dates. The balance will be payable 10 days before the hire date along with a £100 deposit which is refunded in full on the safe return of the bunting.
If you have to cancel your booking the payment will only be refunded if the bunting can be re-hired.
The hire period is usually 4 days - from the Friday before your event to the following Monday. If your event is on a weekday it will run from the day before to the day after. If you would like a longer hire just contact me.
Bunting is delivered by a courier company and will need to be signed for. Please make sure you are available to take delivery the day before.
You will be sent a label and packaging for the return of the bunting.
Bunting comes in 2, 3 and 5 metre lengths. These can be tied together to create the length that you need for your event. Please make sure that the bunting is untied before it is packed for the return and that it is folded neatly.
If there is any damage to the bunting please tie one of the tags to the damaged area and put a note in the hamper to let me know.
If the bunting is wet please let it dry overnight if possible before packing up to return. Please send an email to warn me if the bunting is coming back wet!
Bunting MUST be returned immediately at the end of the hire period in good condition.
Your deposit will be returned once the bunting has been received and checked.
The deposit will be withheld if:
- The bunting is returned late.
- If there are cut strings, damage to a large part of the bunting or signs that the bunting has been used for something other than decoration.
- If the bunting is returned, still tied and unfolded then 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover the extra time needed to sort it out.
Normal wear and tear to the strings, along with dust marks are acceptable signs of use.
