This 1960's screenprinted cotton by Moygashel is unused, end of roll stock. It's called Conversazione and is a Marie Becker design for the company.
It shows bands of illustration on a pistachio green background with mushrooms, flowers and birds in blues, browns and dark green. The graphics are charming with that sixties style and the whole design is fun and cheery.
This is a good weight of cotton and perfect for all projects from dressmaking to upholstery. There is over 8 metres available so curtains or a throw would be possible.
This design would work well in any room if you wanted to create some soft furnishings. It would look equally at home in a vintage kitchen or a vintage themed nursery.
Unused Moygashel fabrics of this length are hard to come by so I am really pleased to have this. It measures 120cm across from selvedge to selvedge. It's sold by the half metre and ordering more than one unit will bring you a continuous piece.
