Unused WW2 Utility Fabric - CC41 Textile - 90cm Wide - Dress Fabric

Unused, original CC41 printed rayon. World War Two rationed fabric.

This rare spun rayon fabric is covered with a floral design on an off-white background. The flowers are well spaced and the colour palette is limited but bright.

This fabric still has the CC41 utility mark stamped front and back at one end of the roll as well as the remains of the pattern number. The fabric was probably produced towards the end of the rationing period which closed in 1952.

This is a lovely, drapey dress or curtain fabric suitable for clothing and household projects. It is in perfect, unused condition with selvedeges to both sides. There is one small mark on the whole roll (see last picture), I suspect that this would wash out.

It measures 90cm across and is sold by the half metre. If you order more than one unit it will come in a continuous piece.
