Handmade Christmas Decoration - 1930's Robins on a Nest

This handmade Christmas decoration has a pair of Robins sitting on a nest that they've made on a log. They are painted plaster and fitted on to little springs so they wobble when touched. They date from the 1930's and are completely charming. They are mounted on to a vintage wooden puzzle block for display.

This decoration is designed to be treasured and used year after year as part of a Christmas display, the Britains figure makes it quite special.
