If you need to keep a door open (or closed) then why not do it with an original vintage tapestry?
Rather than letting these swans languish somewhere in a drawer I have reinvented them as a doorstop so they can still be seen but perform a useful function at the same time.
This tapestry is handsewn and shows two swans in a slightly autumnal scene. The picture is clean and the stitches are in very good condition with no breaks or fading.
The heavyweight cotton fabric is a muted mix of stripes and the doorstop is filled with polyester and a large rice filled bag for weight.
